Director, Advanced Wealth Solutions

Helping families plan for what they’ve built by translating complex estate planning into thoughtful, actionable strategies for today and generations to come.
Professional Summary

Morwenna is an estate planning attorney who works with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer, tax-efficient planning, asset protection, and multigenerational legacy strategies. She works closely with clients and their broader advisory teams to develop thoughtful, integrated solutions that account for financial objectives, family dynamics, and long-term goals, while translating complex legal concepts into clear, practical, and actionable strategies.

Previous Work Highlights

Morwenna’s focus on estate planning and tax planning began in law school, where she concentrated her studies in those areas and worked with students to prepare their own estate planning documents. She also served in the tax clinic, assisting individuals with matters before the IRS and gaining early experience navigating complex tax issues on behalf of clients.
She began her professional career in the judiciary, where she developed a strong foundation in legal analysis and gained firsthand insight into how complex legal issues are evaluated and resolved. She later moved into private practice, focusing on trusts and estates and tax law and advising individuals and families on estate planning, wealth transfer, trust administration, and related planning matters.

Her interest in helping clients address these issues as part of a broader financial picture ultimately led her into the wealth management industry. There, she expanded her work beyond traditional legal planning to collaborate closely with financial advisors, tax professionals, and other specialists on sophisticated estate, charitable, tax, and multigenerational wealth strategies. Throughout her career, Morwenna has also held leadership responsibilities, guiding teams, mentoring colleagues, and helping shape the delivery of estate planning services. This combination of tax, legal, wealth management, and leadership experience informs her integrated approach to helping clients plan for their families, businesses, and long-term legacies.

Personal Facts

Outside of work, Morwenna enjoys riding her Harley-Davidson motorcycle, flying kites, mushroom foraging during the summer, hiking, and skiing. She also values bringing people together and, for the past nine years, has hosted a monthly “family dinner” with a large group of close friends—a tradition centered on good food, connection, and community.
