Alex Kob
Director
Alex Kob joined Lido Advisors, LLC in mid-2017 after years of committed work in financial planning and asset management. Originally from Arlington Heights, Alex is now the Vice President of Private Client Services in the Chicago area and spends a lot of his time finding new and innovative ways to leverage the wealth of clients. With numbers having always come easy to him, Alex enjoys access to diverse investment offerings, customization capabilities, and nurturing the company to grow in meaningful ways.
Alex is all about helping other people and loves the food scene, golf, and waterskiing. He advances his knowledge through regular meetings and reading the Wall Street Journal. While he has had many accomplishments in his career, including acquiring the Series 7 and 66 licenses, joining Lido Advisors has been his greatest achievement.
Prior to joining Lido, Alex worked as a financial advisor for a boutique hybrid advisory firm that specialized in alternative investments, and before that as an equities and options trader for Certavi Et Vici Financial.
Alex attended the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Bloomington, where he graduated with a B.S. in Finance.
