Kerry believes that disciplined internal processes and efficient execution translates to helping support high-quality client service.
Kerry is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of high-priority programs and projects from initiation through completion, and partners closely with senior leadership to prioritize strategic initiatives, manage risk, and drive operational efficiency.
Kerry brings 30 years of experience in client service, operations, project management, and risk supervision across global financial institutions and wealth management firms, most recently as Chief Operating Officer at Balanz Capital USA. His prior roles include Managing Director at Robertson Stephens Wealth Management and Senior Vice President at First Republic Private Wealth Management Management, along with leadership positions at Silicon Valley Bank, Russell Investments, Wells Fargo Bank, Wells Capital Management, and Charles Schwab. Kerry joined Lido Advisors in 2026 as Managing Director of Operations Program Management, bringing this depth to the firm’s growing platform.
Outside of work, Kerry enjoys spending time with family and friends, running races, attending sporting events, and seeking out fine dining experiences.
