Henry was a walk-on member of UCLAs Cross Country and Track teams and an eventual All-American in the 3,000-meter steeplechase.
Henry is responsible for overseeing Lido’s national growth efforts through mergers and acquisitions. He has more than fifteen years of experience in a business development and marketing capacity, with more than a decade of experience in the financial services industry, spanning private equity, investment banking, and wealth management.
Henry spent four years as Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at Robertson Stephens where he played an integral role in more than tripling firm assets. Before that, he spent five years at other RIAs including ClearRock Capital and Mercer Global Advisors, where he found his passion for building businesses through M&A.
Henry spent 6 years as a professional triathlete where he achieved a world ranking of 30th in non-draft Olympic distance racing. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, coaching youth sports and travelling with his wife, Nousha and their three sons, Brooks, Beau and Archer.
