Dan Marquis is CFO of Lido Advisors, where he oversees all financial operations and planning, partners with senior leadership and the board on capital strategy and helps guide Lido’s continued expansion as one of the nation’s fastest-growing independent wealth management firms. He brings deep expertise in financial planning and analysis, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and long-range strategic planning as Lido scales its platform and deepens its capabilities.
Dan is an experienced finance and strategy executive with a strong background in supporting growth, leading high-functioning teams, and executing complex financial transactions. Most recently, he served as Managing Director of FP&A and Capital Markets at Carson Group, where he partnered closely with senior leadership, private equity sponsors, and the board to guide financial strategy, capital allocation, and long-range planning. Earlier in his career, Dan served as Founder and President of Metronome Financial, a specialty lender, and as COO of Javlin Capital, a private equity-backed specialty-finance firm. He began his career at Intrado Corporation, most recently as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Planning where he was a key member of the team that executed Intrado’s inorganic growth strategy.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, being outdoors, and tackling DIY projects.
