Jeffrey sits on the Executive Committee and helps to manage the firm.
Jeffrey has been designated an Accredited Wealth Management AdvisorSM by the College of Financial Planning. He has won the Five Star Wealth Management award for financial advisors in Los Angeles for six years in a row (2013-2018).
Jeffrey began his career working for the American Express Company in New York City for over nine years performing legal, business development and marketing functions in the merchant services group and the strategic relationship group. As part of the divisional management team, he was critical in signing many of the largest merchants to accept the American Express card. Jeffrey left American Express and moved across the country to pursue his goal of being a financial advisor. As a life-long investor, Jeffrey grew up in San Antonio, Texas, where his investment interest was piqued with regard to real estate, stock, and bond investments. He has fond memories learning about investments at an early age from his family, especially his grandfather.
Jeffrey resides in West Los Angeles with his wife and two children. He is a member of the Water Buffalo Club, which is a private charity that helps children in LA County and is on the board of directors for the Westside Food Bank. The WBC and Westside Foodbank are two organizations that further his desire to help children in need and battle food insecurity that is pervasive in our society. Additionally, he is on the finance committee of Westland School, a progressive independent school. In his spare time, Jeffrey can be found hiking with family and friends in the Santa Monica Mountains; and helping to coach and cheer his kids in AYSO soccer, West LA Little League or at the bouldering gym. He also enjoys riding his Peloton bike, traveling and enjoying good wines with good company.
