Biography
Shannon Sahli joined Lido in 2023. She brings outside industry experience demonstrating her ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, strong communication, strategic decision-making skills, and ability to navigate complex challenges. Shannon kick-started her career in June 2018 at JetBlue where she gained experience as a senior analyst and lead project manager, where she excelled in analyzing data, managing enterprise projects, resolving issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. She also played a key role in strategic planning, budget management, and provided tactical support to her team during operational disruptions.
Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in General Management from Long Island University (LIU). She graduated magna cum laude with honors while also playing collegiate volleyball during her three years at LIU.
Shannon was born and raised in Orange County, CA, and enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and long walks with her dog.
