With genuine care for others and a strategic approach, he helps entrepreneurs and families manage, grow, and transfer wealth across generations. Scott builds lasting relationships founded on trust to help clients navigate key milestones such as selling a business, reaching retirement, or passing on wealth to future generations.
Extensive experience advising ultra-high-net-worth families, highlighted by seven years at J.P. Morgan in New York, Los Angeles, and Salt Lake City, where he advanced from analyst to vice president and private banker. While at J.P. Morgan, he partnered with one of Barron’s Top 100 Financial Advisors and helped oversee $16 billion in assets*. He later co-founded Olympus Wealth Management in 2013, where he led client experience, employee experience, and operations prior to its partnership with Lido Advisors in 2025.
Named to Utah Business Magazine’s 40 Under 40**. He has served as an adjunct professor of Economics, and enjoys skiing, mountain biking, faith, family, and fitness. He once won a state burpee competition, completing 32 “chest to ground” burpees in 60 seconds. He lives with his wife and four children, finding his greatest joy in family adventures, mentoring youth, and helping his children explore and pursue their passions.
