Jeffrey Kaufmann is a Wealth Advisor with Lido Advisors in their Boca Raton, FL, office. As a founding member of a multi-family office team at his previous firm, Jeffrey brings over 30 years of experience working with successful individuals and their families, business owners, corporate executives, endowments and foundations to manage their assets on a fiduciary basis. Jeffrey works closely with his colleagues and his clients’ external trusted advisors on both public and private investments, retirement, philanthropic, estate and tax planning strategies. Prior to joining Lido Advisors, Jeffrey was a Managing Director at Boston Private Wealth, a $13+ billion registered investment advisory firm in their Palm Beach office. Before joining Boston Private, he was a Senior Wealth Advisor at Banyan Partners, which was acquired by Boston Private in 2014. Jeffrey started his career in New York City in various positions on the institutional fixed income sales and trading desk with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (acquired by Credit Suisse).
Jeffrey received a B.A. in Political Science from Williams College in Massachusetts. He is a certificate holder from the Securities Industry Institute sponsored by the Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia. He holds his Series 66. Originally from New York, Jeffrey resides in Jupiter, FL, with his wife of 25+ years and his three children. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, skiing, scuba diving and growing Orchids.
