Biography

Gretchen Zierolf, CFP® joined Lido in 2024. For over two decades, she has managed portfolios for endowments and foundations, and conducted full-scale financial planning for wealthy families. After spending over a decade in banks and brokerage firms, Gretchen spent the last 9 years as a Partner, Director of Business Development/Client Portfolio Manager at Farr, Miller & Washington, LLC, a Hightower Company. During her time there she managed the referral programs with Fidelity and TDA/Schwab, originating the TD referral relationship and acting as a member of Fidelity’s RIA Advisory Council.

Gretchen is a classically trained violinist. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and graduated with honors from the Pennsylvania Bankers Association Trust School at Bucknell University. She holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation. Gretchen is a member of the Union League of Philadelphia, and is also very active in her community, volunteering at Safe Shores, DC Children’s Advocacy Center, and Lucky Dog Animal Rescue. Recently, she and her golden retriever, Freddie, passed a K-9 certification training program, and they aim to serve as a therapy dog team in the DC area.
