Lido is proud to announce that Michael Karsa and Erica Ghotra have been named as 2023 Forbes Top Next-Gen Wealth Advisors, an annual ranking of wealth advisors under the age of forty.
Erica was ranked among the Best-In-Class for California, while Mike was recognized in both the Illinois state and national rankings. Mike previously earned Next-Gen recognition in 2022 (Illinois) and 2021 (US).

Erica is also passionate about empowering families to make informed financial decisions. She also loves helping business owners create retirement plans, maximize their retirement savings, and reduce their taxes. She prides herself on taking the time with her clients and their families to understand their goals and aspirations. Erica’s home base is Los Angeles.
The Next-Gen Awards
Forbes has been publishing lists of top wealth advisors since 2021, but only began spotlighting up-and-coming advisors in 2017. While they consider their Next-Gen rankings as an early look at future Top Wealth Advisor ranking, they are keen to point out that the under 40 group has been through market cycles and have earned the trust of millions of families.
