Biography
Marc Ordona joined Lido in 2020 to spearhead Lido’s presence within the New York metropolitan region. He brings decades of experience in investment management, investment banking and global capital markets advisory. Marc joined Lido from Morgan Stanley’s global headquarters in New York City, where he was a Private Wealth Advisor working with ultra-high net worth investors, family offices, corporations and institutions. Prior to that, Marc spent several years in Shanghai, China, managing a portfolio of global assets, and before that worked at UBS, Credit Suisse and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, providing investment banking and capital markets solutions to institutional and corporate clientele. Marc holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute and the Chartered Market Technician® (CMT) designation from the CMT Association. He is a member of CFA China and CFA New York, also serving on CFA New York’s Private Wealth Management, International Investing and Sustainable Investing leadership groups. Marc holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan, is a published scientific researcher and attended Shanghai Jiao Tong University for studies in Chinese language, business and culture. Marc currently resides in Manhattan with his family. He enjoys spending time with them both in the city—often found together in Central Park—and further out in the many state parks, mountains and preserves of the region. Marc is also a FAA licensed private pilot and a member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA).
